These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mhealthzone.com and the content, newsletters, podcasts, webinars and other services offered by mHealth Zone (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

mHealth Zone is an independent digital media and research company covering mobile health and healthcare technology, located at 2201 Market Street, Suite 410, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. You can reach us at hello@mhealthzone.com.

2. Not medical advice

This one matters, so it comes early: mHealth Zone publishes journalism, analysis and industry commentary. Nothing on our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing we publish creates a clinician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions. Coverage of a health product or technology is not an endorsement of its clinical claims.

3. Use of our content

All content on the Services — articles, podcast audio, illustrations, reports and design elements — is owned by mHealth Zone or its licensors and protected by copyright. You may read, listen, quote briefly with attribution and link freely. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape our content at scale, or use it to train commercial machine-learning systems without our written permission.

4. Newsletter and accounts

Newsletter subscription is free and may be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link in any issue. You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to subscribe email addresses you do not control.

5. Paid services

Research reports, workshops, consulting engagements and sponsorships are governed by the specific proposals or agreements issued for those engagements. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the specific agreement prevails for that engagement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to disrupt their operation, circumvent access controls, misrepresent your affiliation, or use our contact channels for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes.

7. Third-party links

Our content links to third-party sites and cites third-party research. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of external sites. A link is a reference, not an endorsement.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we hold our journalism to high standards of accuracy and correct errors transparently, we make no warranties — express or implied — about completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. 9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mHealth Zone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
